This is just a simple little cake meant to brighten your day.
Just a few purple flowers I hope will make you smile.
A plate served with three pieces.
Dont judge.
Just enjoy.
I used my basic white cake recipe. I whipped up a batch of buttercream, added some purple and piped away.
Hope your day is full of plates with three pieces of cake!

A sweet reader emailed me and said, "I am LOVING this cake!" and I thought to myself, "Thank you! That is so sweet of you! I wonder if we could hang out? Call me???"
Then I thought... Tidymom's "I'm Lovin It!" So I added mine. Are you going to add something YOU are loving? It can be anything. A picture. A craft. A smile from your baby. Come join the party! (The party goes live Thursday night, the quicker you enter the higher up your post is!)
Now that is the prettiest little cake ever :) Love purple, beautiful job Amanda!

I'm in awe, seriously. I would love to have a slice of that in front of me just to make me happy. That is a very happy looking piece of cake. Or maybe it's the flowers. Or maybe it's the colors? Or maybe I'm just weird. Whatever. It looks awesome!

Amanda, your cake is gorgeous, but you know, the first thing I look at now in your posts is which cake platter you're using! LOL!!
I think I have cake platter envy. Is that wrong?
I'd LOVE to see your collection! Hey, can you post a picture?

Oh my goodness. This is so beautiful and just looking at it relaxes me. I am one hour away from company coming for dinner. Wish I had seen this sooner and we would be having it for dessert. Heck, I'll just print out the picture and put it onto a cake plate! We will be able to save some calories by just staring. Pretty sure my interpretation of your skills would never do it justice. Thanks for always brightening my day. You are amazing!
