This is probably the easiest thing I have ever made.
Scratch that... easiest thing I have ever assembled.
The only requirement is that you love white chocolate. Still on board? Lets go!
These are white chocolate dippers... made to be dunked in a nice mug of warm milk, or, if you are a chocolate maniac like me, a nice cup of hot cocoa!
Yes. All it is is a huge glob of chocolate on a stick. Whoever thought of these is my best friend for life.
They are so easy to do its not even funny.
Get bag of white chocolate chips.
Melt them.
Put them into a small cup. (I used mini plastic cups)
Insert popsicle stick or spoon.
Place in refrigerator for about one hour (or as long as you want) then remove from cup.
You can add strawberry extract, or almond, or vanilla, or coconut, or banana, or lemon, or... uh.., whatever other extracts are made!
You could even put them in a sweet little bag and present them to your friends and family for Valentines Day.
Whatever you do... just make sure you save one for yourself!
gorgeous idea and pics!

What a cute idea. the possibilities.....
Posted by: Rindy | Jan 19, 2011 at 09:06 PM
Cute, cute! Just make sure to use candy flavoring oils over extracts. Sometimes the water in an extract can cause the chocolate to seize. (I say this from devastating experience!)

So cute! I don't think they would make it to the hot chocolate before we all chomped down on them! Yum! Let the Valentine's chocolate consumption {in embarassing amounts} commence!

These are beautiful! You take the most amazing photos. I loved how you described these not as cooking, but as assembling. You take the fear out of cooking when you make comments like that!

Great and creative idea like always. So very pretty!

Okay, you had at "a huge glob of chocolate on a stick." No need for further convincing! I have cute little chocolate molds that need testing out too! All I need is too find some little sticks and figure out what to flavor these with. I'm thinking white chocolate and Grand Marnier perhaps?

For such a sweet, simple idea, they are so pretty! I love the two toned ones the most! And I can hardly wait to pop one of these babies into my next cup of hot cocoa!!

Firstly I must say that these look adorable and I will definitely be making them for Valentine's Day treats to give out to a couple close friends! I LOVE white chocolate with coffee/tea/hot cocoa and can't think of anything better than being able to dunk them!
Secondly, and I should apologize in advance... when I saw the email come through on my phone with the blog post title, for a split second I thought "White chocolate diapers? must be some kind of baby shower thing"
I guess being 16 weeks pregnant, I can tell where my brain is!
Posted by: MaryF | Jan 21, 2011 at 04:02 PM
These are so darling and delicious!
Posted by: Culinarian | Jan 21, 2011 at 06:58 PM
That is really a good idea! Wrap them with cellophane, tie a cute bow, put inside a coffee cup, and give a package of hot chocolate...Wow, that's a nice gift....
Posted by: Rebecca | Jan 21, 2011 at 10:53 PM
can i just tell you that at first i thought your title said 'white chocolate diapers' and i was wholly intrigued. i'm still intrigued, but admittedly a little disappointed. :)
