You can find my sugar cookie recipe and frosting recipe HERE.
I've been playing around. Here are some cookies I am contemplating using in the near future... think any are keepers? And be honest!
I'm sorta getting artsy fartsy. Dont know why.
Im working on some Valentines petit fours... hopefully (finally!) a tutorial coming soon!
These are stunning! My absolute favorite is the white one with pink lines and heart (first picture, first row, center), although I would be thrilled with ANY of them! You are definitely very talented.

ADORABLE!!! I love every single one. I have just found your blog and looked through it. I am totally inspired. I LOOOOVE to bake sugar cookies...problem is, I love eating them too! :)

I'm sorry to be the one dissenter. I think those are yucky. You should immediately box them up and send them all to me. I will make sure nobody knows how horrible you did on these. :)
Love 'em, like always!

They all look great! The only ones I didn't like are the ones with the squiggly lines with hearts on the end. They looked kinda like...well, to be honest like little sperm, which is kinda awkward on a Valentine's day cookie. Please don't hate me! I don't mean any offense, it's just what came to mind when I saw it (I guess that says a lot about what I'm thinking about these days...babies!)

Every one of these is amazing!!

Wow! It takes a patient person to make cookies that beautiful. And not to mention a steady hand & some major talent. My fave is the red cookie with the white hearts along the left side.
Beee-utiful and almost too pretty to eat! :o)

love em'! The icing is so smooth-what kind is it?

I've been making sugar cookies a lot lately and just made some valentine ones also. Mine didn't look as good! But they were tasty! How do you get the red icing so red? Mine just gets to a point where it's very pink.

I found you linked on MckMama's blog. I've come here and read through every single one of your entries (drooling, I might add) and I've decided I want to be you someday. Not in a stalkerish way, but in a WOAH, you are all kinds of awesome way!

I like almost all of them! LOVE the red one with the white hearts going up the side, and the white one with the random dots. The only pattern I'm not *as* crazy about is the one that had the hearts with the squiggly balloon lines beneath them. From far away, and maybe it's just me, it reminds me of sperm. It's probably just me, and I'm sure I'll get over it. Beautiful job, as always. Your cornelli lace work is phenomenal! I have not been able to pull that one off. Your steady hand impresses me!

Wow!
I can't remember how I found your blog, but I am very happy I did! I've been dating this new wonderful guy for only about 3 months and honestly I didnt know WHAT to get him for V-Day. Not a clue! Stumbling across this website has made me want to cook something of this caliber (granted it probably wont be NEARLY as professional looking) for him! I'm excited to try out some of these V-Day dessert recipes! These cookies are probably going to be it though! I love them, they're fairly simple, and its not some store bought gift!

Beautiful! I love your designs. I guess my favorites are the red background with little hearts down the side and squiggles all over.

The cookies are beautiful. I love the lines with the little hearts on them. Have you ever done a tutorial or written how to do squiggles/cornelli lace?

Yes. Keepers. Amazing. Truly.

Personally I like artsy fartsy ;-) I think the white cookie with the multi color dots is very cute. I am sure mine would look nothing like that, hopefully they will look like a cookie.
